At Gym Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused apparel and equipment. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original condition and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
